Dec, 2014: Well, it’s summer in Argentina and things are heating up, and nowhere more than the Parana Delta, just minutes north of Buenos Aires. When you’re done with Tango, head out onto the water with my good friend, Noel Pollak, for a day of culture and Dorado at one of my favorite spots near in Buenos Aires.
