Feb, 2014: With more than a dozen annual trips to his credit at Villa Maria, on the mighty Rio Grande, Frontiers longtime client and friend Mr. D.M. and his guide Ale Martello brought in this bright 28 pound hen. After literally running laps up and down the gravel bank in an effort to stay connected and get her to the net, the team acted quickly to measure, weigh, tag and release this beauty back into the water. Nice job, guys. It’s definitely a fish of a lifetime and the best of the week.
