WILD FISH, WILD PLACES

The Seychelles Archipelago, set like jewels in the Indian Ocean, epitomizes the quintessence of an idyllic travel destination. Its 115 islands are a haven of pristine beaches, lush tropical forests, and vibrant marine life, making it a sanctuary for both adventurous anglers and leisure travelers.

The Seychelles offers an unmatched blend of relaxation and excitement, with its conservation efforts ensuring the preservation of its unique ecosystem. Its clear waters are home to an impressive variety of fish, including bonefish, trevally, triggerfish, Bumphead Parrotfish, milkfish, and Indo-Pacific permit to name a very few.

For many fly anglers, the Seychelles sets the bar as the best saltwater flats destination in the world. There are multiple programs and destinations to choose from each with its own unique characteristics and strengths. Some key considerations to guide your choices include desired activities, if any, beyond fishing (such as diving); level of experience with saltwater fly fishing; level of physical fitness as it pertains to walking/wading; and any specific target species.
